The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options.
During my stay, I found the parking to be an absolute nightmare. The spaces were so cramped that I had to search for a spot every time I left. the noise from other guests coming and going was disruptive, especially in the early morning hours, leaving me frustrated and tired.

Amazing host and great breakfast
My stay was fantastic, thanks to James, who went above and beyond to enhance our experience. He not only helped us set up our itinerary but whipped up some delicious breakfasts that set us up for the day. The room was comfortable and offered breathtaking views over the harbor. One thing to note is that parking can be a bit tricky. just make sure not to leave any valuables in the car.

Parking could be better organized!!! Having to walk to the nearby attractions may feel inconvenient for some guests!!! The area can feel too calm, lacking vibrant nightlife options nearby!!! A few minor updates to the decor might enhance the ambiance!!!

Cheviot Place offers a personal touch that makes it special. James, the owner, really made me feel at home. His breakfast creations, especially the omelettes, were a highlight. Each room has a unique charm. my Standard Double Room had beautiful decor and comfortable amenities. The location is perfect for walking around Cape Town, everything is easily accessible. I appreciated the warmth of the communal spaces where I connected with other travelers. The area felt safe, and I enjoyed the views from the terrace. parking could be better organized. The space is quite tight, leading to some inconvenience in finding parking. Despite this, it didn't overshadow the experience.
